I purchased a gift/guest ticket. Will the recipient receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite?
Yes, immediately after the completion of the transaction your guest will receive an email from Eventbrite to the address you provided. The email subject will contain "your name (inserted) just got you tickets to Bath Tour of Distinctive Homes". This email also contains an about the event link for additional information about the tour.
Can I purchase a ticket by mail?
Yes, you may purchase tickets via mail by completing the form below and sending the form with a check to BVS Bath Home Tour, P.O. Box 673, Bath, Ohio 44210 before May 22, 2024. You MUST include a valid email with the order to receive the email link for viewing the tour starting Saturday, June 1st. Any order not providing a valid email address will not be able to view the tour. Any order not received via US mail by May 22nd will be returned to you and you will not be able to view the tour. Remember, you can purchase a ticket online and be assured your order will be processed in time to view the tour.
How do I or my guest access the tour?
You will receive an email from Eventbrite by 9:00 am on Saturday, June 1, with a link to view the tour. If you do not receive the email by 10:00 am, please check your spam folder or email hometourtickets@bathvolunteersforservice.com.The email will be sent to the email address you used to purchase your tickets. If you purchased gift tickets, the recipient will also receive the link to view the tour at the email address you provided during registration.
Once I receive the email, how do I view the tour videos?
Please click the link in the email to view the web page with the tour videos. The videos will all be available on a single web page, allowing you to view the tour at your leisure in any order you choose. You can also choose to start the tour and come back and finish when it is convenient. The videos can be watched on your smart phone, tablet, laptop, or home computer. You can also connect your computer to your TV to enjoy a big-screen tour experience.
How long do I have to view the tour?
The tour videos will be available from 9:00 am on Saturday, June 1 until 11:59 pm on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. During that time, you may enjoy the videos as many times as you would like. You may also choose to start the tour and come back and finish when it is convenient.
What if I don't view the tour while the videos are available?
The tour videos will only be available from June 1-12, 2024. After that time, they will expire and will no longer be available for viewing. Refunds cannot be issued if you are unable to view the tour.
How do I RSVP for the Home Tour Watch Party?
Once you purchase a Home Tour Watch Party ticket you will receive a separate email from BVS providing additional information about the event and a request to a RSVP. You must RSVP your attendance in order to participate.
What if I have technology issues?
We strongly encourage you to test your internet connection prior to the tour. Unfortunately, BVS is not able to troubleshoot our guests' technology issues.
